Ensured adherence to Epicure’s clean eating mandate, The Never Ever List, to guarantee products free of harmful substances.

·       Pioneered inventive food and cookware product lines that consistently drove annual growth, contributing 16-18% of total revenue by launching 40+ new products annually.

·       Wrote content, including video scripts, for product marketing launch plans and go-to-market strategies.

·       Content creation for multiple channels, including email and social media, podcasts, and blogs that positioned Epicure as a culinary leader in health and wellness in North America. Epicure emails have an open rate of 52% in Canada and 44% in the USA. Click rates are around 3%.

·       Devised strategy and wrote content, including headlines, decks, and product descriptions for 30+ printed and digital catalogues in alignment with brand voice. Demonstrated strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

·       Initiated the "Flavour is My Favourite F-Word" podcast in November 2023, further enhancing product knowledge for Epicure ambassadors (sales force) and customers. Achieved an average of 100-140 downloads per episode, significantly amplifying brand engagement.

Combined in-school learning and on-the-job training. Mastering fundamental culinary skills, theories, and management practices required to become a leader in the kitchen. Earned Red Seal certification as a cook from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Department.
